In fact, most regular coffee drinkers build a tolerance to the diuretic effect of caffeine. So unless you’re downing cup after cup without a drop of water in sight, you’re probably staying pretty hydrated.


The bottom line? Enjoy your coffee. Just make sure to drink some water throughout the day too, your body (and skin) will thank you.
